LEVEL II COURSE is our next level / advanced Long Range shooting course. This course is open to graduates of LEVEL I course and / or experience shooters looking to improve their existing skill or just looking for a new challenge. This course is primarily taught by Fierce LR Instructors, John Mogle and Ammon Tenney. Other LR course contributors include Courtney Crane, and Gage Mogle. Advanced shooting topics will be presented and discussed in the classroom followed up with hands on application at the Fierce shooting range and a mountain range. Both shooting courses feature a combination of steel targets and steel life sized animals to add levels of realism to your experience.
Course participants will begin with classroom instruction and basic accuracy validation. Focus of the course is how to recognize and adjust to the ever changing environment when hunting. No more comfortable bench rest, controlled shooting. Weather can be a major factor in shooting accuracy when hunting. Your success will improve as you become comfortable adapting to the elements especially the wind. Remainder of the course will be held at Fierce mountain course. Each participant will be required to to bring their own shooting equipment. The LR course capstone will feature a challenging mountain shooting competition between you and your fellow classmates. Competition will test your application of the skills and techniques taught during the course.
