2027 Priority Reservation
2027 dates are being finalized now. Courses run Friday and Saturday, March through October, with most students arriving at the lodge Thursday afternoon or evening.
Each class is capped at 12 shooters to keep instruction personal and range time plentiful.

About the Course
Level I is open to anyone who wants to learn the basics of shooting and marksmanship, plus an introduction to the technical data used to shoot from 200 yards out to one mile. It’s taught primarily by Fierce LR instructors.
Each topic is covered in the classroom, then put into practice on the range, which combines steel targets with life-size steel animals for added realism.
You’ll start by confirming your rifle’s accuracy at 100 or 200 yards. Instructors then methodically extend your range to 400, 500, 600 yards and beyond. The course ends with a shooting competition against your classmates that puts everything you’ve learned to the test.

Build a repeatable pre-shot routine all the way through trigger pull.
Learn minute of angle and how ballistic data puts rounds on target.
Read wind, heat mirage, elevation and weather, then adjust your shot.
Practice stable shooting positions for real-world situations.
Go head to head with your classmates to close out the course.
How It Works
Your deposit holds your place and goes toward the $1,999 course price.
Choose your 2027 session before dates open to the public.
The remaining $1,499 is due 30 days before class.
Arrive Thursday, then train Friday and Saturday.

The Dugout Lodge at Mogle Ranch is the lodging headquarters for the Fierce Long Range Shooting Schools. Train all day, then kick back, swap stories and get ready for tomorrow’s shots.

No. Level I is our entry-level course and is open to anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of long-range shooting.
Your $500 deposit is fully refundable, or you can transfer it to another shooter.
Priority reservation holders will be notified by January 2027, before dates are released to the public.
